Wedding Websites

What's included in a bespoke wedding website?

Every website we build includes a personalised design, unique guest access codes, digital RSVP management, venue and logistics information, and a private couple dashboard. Depending on your package, you may also receive a custom domain, photo gallery, music player, countdown timer, day-of itinerary and guest email communications.

How do guests access the website?

Each guest — or household — receives a unique access code sent with their physical or digital invitation. This keeps your site private and ensures only your invited guests can view details and RSVP. There is no public URL that anyone can stumble across.

Can we use our own domain name?

Yes. We configure your custom domain so guests visit something like yournames.com rather than a generic platform URL. Custom domain setup is included from our Premium package upward, or available as an add-on to Essential.

How long does it take to build a wedding website?

Most wedding websites are designed, built and ready for review within 2–4 weeks of briefing. More complex, multi-page sites or those with bespoke development requirements can take 6–8 weeks. We'll confirm your timeline in the proposal.

Can we manage the guest list ourselves?

Yes. Your private dashboard gives you full control — add guests, generate access codes, track RSVPs in real time, view dietary requirements, and send bulk emails to your guest list. You don't need to contact us for day-to-day changes.

What happens to the website after the wedding?

Your site remains live for the duration of your hosting term (12 months included with all packages). Many couples keep it as a digital keepsake — a place to share photos from the day with guests. Hosting can be renewed annually.

Is the website mobile-friendly?

Every site we build is fully responsive and optimised for mobile devices. Most guests will open their invitation on their phone, so this is non-negotiable for us — it looks as beautiful on a screen as on a desktop.

Services & Process

Do you offer services individually or only as packages?

Both. You can come to us for a wedding website only, decor only, or any combination. Our Bespoke package brings everything together under one team, but there's no requirement to take more than you need.

How far in advance should we book?

For a website alone, 3 months before your desired launch date is comfortable. For full-service packages including decor and entertainment, we recommend 6–12 months in advance, particularly for high-demand dates in summer and early autumn.

Do you work outside the UK?

Wedding website services are delivered remotely and are available worldwide. Decor styling and entertainment are available across the UK. For destination weddings outside the UK, please enquire and we'll discuss what's feasible.

What does the consultation involve?

It's a relaxed conversation — no forms or prep required. We want to understand your vision, your aesthetic, your timeline and your budget. It typically lasts 30–60 minutes and can happen over video call, phone, or in person.

How many revisions are included?

Essential includes 2 rounds of revisions, Premium includes 3, and Bespoke includes unlimited revisions before launch. A revision round means you review the work, share your feedback, and we refine — we don't rush this stage.

Pricing & Payment

How does payment work?

We take a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due before launch. For larger Bespoke packages, we can arrange a payment schedule spread across the project timeline.

Are the prices on your website fixed?

The prices shown are starting points. Your final quote depends on guest list size, complexity, number of pages, add-ons and the services you choose. Every proposal is itemised so you know exactly what you're paying for.

What's your refund policy?

If you need to cancel within 7 days of paying your deposit and before any significant work has begun, we offer a full refund. After that, we retain the deposit to cover work completed. We handle every situation with care and common sense.

Entertainment

What types of entertainment do you offer?

We work with soloists, acoustic duos, string quartets, gospel choirs, jazz bands, pop/rock bands, DJs and specialist acts. We match performers to your taste and venue rather than presenting you with a generic directory.

Do you provide entertainment for all types of weddings?

Yes — from intimate ceremonies of 20 guests to large receptions of 300+. We source performers appropriate to your venue size, acoustic requirements and musical preferences. All performers are fully professional and experienced in wedding settings.

Can we request specific songs?

Absolutely. Most of our vocalists and instrumentalists accept custom song requests, including first dance songs performed live. Arrangements can be made for most popular choices. We confirm this directly with the performer during booking.
