What it's like to work with us

Clear steps, honest timelines, and no surprises. Here's exactly what to expect from first hello to final delivery.

30–60 minutes

Initial consultation

We start with a relaxed conversation — no questionnaires, no pressure. We want to understand who you are as a couple: your aesthetic, your guest list size, your timeline, and which of our services might suit you best. This can be a video call, a phone call, or in person.

There is no obligation at this stage. It's simply a chance for us to get to know each other.

Within 5 days

Bespoke proposal

Based on our conversation, we'll put together a detailed, itemised proposal covering exactly what's included, the investment, and your delivery timeline. If you're combining services — a website with decor and entertainment, for instance — we present these as a cohesive package so everything is designed to complement.

Proposals are prepared specifically for you. We don't use generic price lists.

2–8 weeks depending on scope

Design & development

Once you're happy to proceed, we begin. For websites, this means brand direction, page design and build, content population and testing. For decor, we begin sourcing and prototyping. For entertainment, we shortlist and confirm performers. You're kept informed throughout with regular updates.

Most wedding websites are ready to share with guests within 3–4 weeks.

1–3 revision rounds

Review & refinement

We share everything with you before anything goes live. You review, give feedback, and we refine. We don't rush this stage — it's important that every detail feels right. Depending on your package, you'll have a set number of revision rounds, but we always work until you're genuinely happy.

Our Bespoke package includes unlimited revisions before launch.

Your wedding day and beyond

Launch & ongoing support

Your website goes live. Invitations are sent. Guests start RSVPing. You have access to your private dashboard to track everything in real time, add guests, and send communications. If anything needs adjusting — a venue change, a date correction — we handle it promptly.

We remain on hand throughout your engagement and even on the day itself.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend at least 3 months before you'd like to launch your wedding website. For full-service packages including decor and entertainment, 6–12 months is ideal.

Can we make changes after the website launches?

Yes — your private dashboard lets you update most details yourself. For design changes, we handle these as part of your ongoing support.

What if we only want one service?

That's absolutely fine. Many couples come to us for a website only, then add services later. There's no requirement to take a full package.

How do guests access the website?

Each guest receives a unique access code with their physical or digital invitation. This keeps your site private and ensures only your guests can RSVP.
